nope..shock relocation is illigal for this class...

I bought +2+1 400ex a-arms and had TCS make me some custom length 14 1/2 inch shocks to fit the stock mounts....

That's what I thought, we're running Elka's on the Mojave and I believe their about 14.5" also.
