rear shock

does any one know the dimensions of the lower shock bolt or know where i could get one 12mm seems loose

any hardware store or home improvement store should have a selection of them.

i just checked atk parts catalog it says 12x 73 mm just seems loose what about strength grade i know metric is diff. but dont know the #s

the higher the number on the head, the stronger it is. 8.8 is usually a good number. is there any wear on the bolt? was it loose? it might have let the shock move around and wobbled out the hole. the good thing about the hardware store is that you can grab a couple different sizes, cheap. 11mm is roughly 7/16, 13 mm is 1/2. nothing matches with 12mm. i'd grab a 12 and a 1/2.
