Shipping is usually more dependant on weight and size of the package than distance. If you pack the motor up in a Rubbermaid container so that it isn't oversized and won't leak anything it will probably be almost the same to ship to either location.

He can do or have done - head work, 450 kit, balanced crank, reangled injectors, all updates including Stage 8, etc... he can do just about anything. Call him you will be happy you did.
