Engine, intake, exhaust, EFI, chain, sprockets, etc.

Take out the airbox? Why would you do that? Engine dissasembly is very easy. Its a little intimidating the first time or two but just take your time and pay attention to where everything goes. I don't take off the radiator or the airbox. I just disconnect all the hoses and drain it. Then she drops right out the bottom.

i dont take the radiator or airbox out either, but taking the radiator fan or radiator out makes it easier so ive heard

That is the plan for this winter! I haven't decided if I want to powdercoat or polish.... p/c or polish.... hmm.... :head:

Becareful when powdercoating them. The bake temperate is critical so you don't mess up the temper on your frame!
