OK lets here it what type and weight do you use. Only asking, because I drained mine after 10hrs and it looked a little funny.

I use redline lightweight shockproof per the suggestion of this list and an ex-cannondale employee I work with. I changed it after 10hrs and it looked like the day I put it in. There was fresh oil of unknown brand in it when i bought it. I changed that after 5 hours and it was black and nasty. Tranny shifts much better too. I can actually find neutral now!

I just switched to redline and I now can find neutral, it also shifts better.

I run spectro but after reading this i think my next oil change i will be switchin to redline if i can find it
