Brake Master Cyl Question
Brake Master Cyl Question
Does anyone know the difference between this lever/master cylinder and the one that was stock on the quads? It looks like the reservoir is smaller, but I'm not sure about any functional differences. It's probably the one that came on the bike, right? S'pose we could get any stronger front brakes with this puppy? I like the shorter lever.

Listen to what RPorter says, I have first hand experience with this exact scenario. Now, the Motard M/C may work, as it has a dual piston huge single caliper on the front wheel. That is why it uses a different master cylinder due to the extra volumn. NRath, try switching the levers and see if the shorter one will work, If not someone has to have an aftermarket one. Nissin is used by every manufacturer. Try taking the old one to a local bike shop.
