Handle bar clamp question

I have the stock stem with the adapters for big bars but would like to do away with the adapters so I can run a Walsh clamp.Where do I get the clamps I need to work w/my stock sten?

I think you may need 2 of the lower bar clamps as used for the Glamis/Blaze/Moto -- but not sure, the Walsh top clamp bolt pattern would have to be 100mm x 38mm. Part number is 6001076.
