what should the rebound be

just had my shocks converted, i weigh 160 with gear and rider xc. how many clicks should i have on rebound?

Till it doesn't kick or feel lazy. There is no set number it is just done by feel.

A real good starting point is to push down on the grab bar or bumper and then pick it up as fast as you can watch the tires if the tires leave the ground your rebound is too fast.Turning adjuster clockwise slows it down and Counterclockwise speeds it up.If your wheels come off ground in this test turn it counterclockwise.For fine tuning having a helper watch you through a whoop section helps a lot to determine if you are too soft(bottoming) or packing up(rebound).
