If that has Ohlins like the Moto, send your shocks to Quadshop or Doug can send them to TCS, have them setup with ZPS. It makes a huge difference when you get them valved correct for your weight and it lowers the quad.

one of the classes I'm racing is a stock production class, so my shocks can not be resprung.

also is there enought shaft stroke to have the rear set up ZP? I can hit the shock bumper by just pushing down on the rear!

this is a new class our series (NEATV-MX) is trying.

rules are more or less (if you CAN'T see it, you CAN do it)

on the pushing it down you are only using the spring resistance you are not making the compression valving work you are not applying enough for to make it work by just pushing down on it take it and ride it and I bet you wont bottom it out.

don't take this the wrong way guys, but I do know how to set up suspension, so I don't need to know how stuff works, or where I should send it too.

I asked the orignal question because there is 2ft of snow here so there is no place to take my quad to get the suspension dialed in.
and I have a feeling I'll be doing it at my first race!:mad:

I diden't mean to be a dic-head, thanks for your guys help so far!

if theres anyone my size that races MX, what is your.....

ride hight?All 3 shocks(Moto Ohlins)preload is backed off as far as it will go while keeping spring tight enough to keep retainer in while raised off ground at frame.Front crossover gap is 1/4in while on ground.

compression settings (front & rear)FR=12 click out from all in.R=6clicks out from all in.

rebound settings (front & rear)
fr=6 out from all in
r=3 out from all in

I weigh 145 and am a C rider so you will probably want to go a little stiffer
