anyone know how to get brakes bleed with brand new lines?
(lines are empty)

Lots and lots of time. There have been several post on how to do this. Doug just recently posted a lengthy post about it.

Do a search and you will find lots of information about the process.

I don't know if i found a quicker way or what, but all I did
was took a seringe and forced it up reverse just like the clutch.
Then bleed it a couple of times regular. worked great and it took
maybe 20-25 minutes.

that sounds like it would work. I might try that myself. Mine need it again.
