front spindle bearing removal help

I wanted to get my front spindles PC'ed but not sure how to take the bearing apart.. pic's help please!!

funny thing about those front spindles....there aren't any bearings there.

They are in the hubs, not the spindles.

And to get them out of the hub you have to stick something in the backside and press the front bearing out. Then reverse to get the rear one out. Good time to put new bearings in.
