Steering stem bushing assy help!!

OK so I am putting things back together and forgot to take a photo before I took the steering stem busing assy. I have attached a pic, but I don't think it is correct.

Questions

1) Does the clam shell bushing goes on the bottom or top? (photo attached shows the top)

2) Does the taller side of the shaft of the bearing face towards the top of the bike or faces towards the gound.

looks like you have it right to me. can you get a cotter pin through the shaft when it's fully assembled?

you should get a diamond racing stem bearing if u have an extra 75$$!!!!! they dont let the bearing fall out when u flip like the stock one:)

The clam shell goes on the top. The longer portion of the bearing should face down.
