I am about ready to get my fx put back together. The motor will be fully updated and have a stroker crank from timbo for pump gas. I have the 500 computer on the bike right now. Ive never ridden the machine before so I dont really know much about the mapping stuff involved. Ive heard that the 1000 computer is more accurate and can make it faster, but I have also heard that its touchier than the 500. How often would I need to adjust the mapping on a 500 compared to the 1000. Is the power really all that noticable? How hard is it to adjust the 500 computer, and will it even get me up and running?
(I put this up on cannondaler too)
