Lonestar steering stem bushing?

Lonestar steering stem bushing?

I got my stem from them a couple days ago and the stem diameter is smaller than the stock stem and the bushing won't fit. Anybody dealt with this before? Waiting on a call back from them right know to see if it's the wrong stem or what the deal is.

Nevermind, they forgot to weld on a sleeve where the bushing goes.
